Meet Aeshani Perera, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in diverse roles and global settings.  She plays a key role in steering the organization toward its goals.

Serving as an Executive Secretary of the Office of the Director General of the Bandaranaike National Memorial Foundation (BNMF), Aeshani spent 3 years and 10 months gaining valuable experience and showcasing her organizational skills.

Before joining the BMICH, She worked in many sectors of the local and global corporate arena. A brief stint at HSBC Global Service Centre (GSC) in Sri Lanka gave Aeshani an international perspective on business dynamics as a Customer Service Executive for 3 months in 2017. A venture into Lagos, Nigeria, saw her contributing as a Quality Control Analyst at PRIMLAKS – For Better Lives. Her roles spanned from April 2014 to March 2016, and again from June 2015 to March 2016, offering insights into quality assurance and project management. In a leadership position, Aeshani coordinated sales initiatives at First Blends Limited in Lagos, Nigeria, from January 2011 to April 2014. 

Her career journey also includes serving as a Customer Care Officer at Asia Commerce Limited in Sri Lanka for a year and three months, starting from August 2008 to October 2009. Starting her professional journey as a Secretary at MLESNA CEYLON LIMITED from June 2006 to July 2008, Aeshani laid a foundation for her career with commitment and diligence.
