The Gen Z Leadership Bootcamp is a comprehensive 12-week program designed to equip young leaders with essential skills to thrive in today’s dynamic and competitive environment. This course encompasses crucial aspects such as leadership skills, negotiation strategies, problem-solving techniques, confidence-building, entrepreneurial mindset cultivation, communication skills, basic financial management, and an introduction to technology, including Cybersecurity & AI. Emphasis will be placed on ethical leadership and values, fostering empathy and compassion in leaders.

1. Foundational Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of key principles in common academic disciplines.
2. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Develop skills to analyze complex problems and find innovative, practical solutions.
3. Communication Skills: Enhance written and verbal communication for effective expression of ideas.
4. Business Fundamentals: Gain knowledge of basic business concepts, with a focus on newer AI challenges and opportunities.
5. Project Management Skills: Develop skills in project planning, organization, and execution.
6. Presentation Skills: Hone skills for effective communication to diverse audiences.
7. Networking and Relationship Building: Build networking skills to establish connections with peers and professionals.
8. Foundational Knowledge in AI: Understand basic principles, concepts, and applications of AI.
9. Real-world Exposure: Gain exposure to the corporate world, practical problem-solving, and hands-on experience.
Resource Personnel:
The course will be led by experts in leadership training with experience mentoring young adults. Motivational speakers and industry leaders will engage with students. Technology and innovation experts will introduce students to AI-related fields.
