Shalini Wickramasuriya is an Educational Consultant who has been engaged by UNICEF on the Child-Friendly Schools programme and by UNESCO on teacher education. She is a Master Trainer for Cambridge International Examinations. She has a Masters in Education from the University of Edinburgh and faculty staff at the Dept of Education while researching for her PhD.

She has served on the Council for Education for the Commonwealth, Scotland and has held leadership positions at schools. She has developed curricula for music and English education.
